Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Refund Details

  • Eligibility: All purchases are eligible for a refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • Refund amount: 100% of the purchase price. Full refund, every time.
  • Processing time: We aim to process refund requests within 1–2 business days. Bank processing may take an additional 5–10 business days.
  • Access revocation: Upon refund, access to the private GitHub repository will be revoked. Downloaded files remain on your system but are no longer licensed for use.
  • Subscription plans: For annual subscription plans (Elite tier), refunds are prorated if requested after 30 days. Within 30 days, a full refund is provided.

Exceptions

Honestly, we keep it simple. The only exception is if we detect clearly abusive behavior (e.g., purchasing, downloading, requesting a refund, and repeating — basically trying to get the product for free). In the very rare event of abuse, we reserve the right to deny a refund. But for any legitimate purchase? You're covered. Always.
